- Renters are not permitted to have pets
- Owners pets must be under 30 lbs and Always walked on a leash.
- Clean after your pet.
- Lee County ordinance and Bellamar Rules require pet owners to pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s waste.
- Failure to do so may result in a $100.00 fine for each occurrence.
TRASH RULES
- The dumpster previously located by Building 3 has been removed.
This area has been reassigned as bike rack. - Discarded furniture (furniture only) may be placed in the designated bulk pickup area
by Building 29. - All bagged trash must be placed inside the dumpsters located
by Buildings 6, 12, or the clubhouse. - Recyclable items must be:
o Placed inside the blue containers for coach homes, or
o Disposed of in the two designated recycling dumpsters by Building 29.

- Ft Myers Pest Control treats the exterior of all buildings every other month.

and they will treat the inside of your unit FOR FREE!
